Jeff was the service and parts manager for Clearwater Spas when we met in 2009 with questions about a hot tub that came with a home we purchased. We told him that we didn't want to invest in a new spa and wondered if the old one could be revived. Rather than steer us towards spending thousands on a new spa, Jeff helped us troubleshoot our problems over the phone. He spent lots of time helping us over the course of several days, and we finally got the spa up and running.
Over the next six years Jeff helped us with any problem that arose. This spa is at a vacation rental and the guests expect it to be available to them when they rent this home. Every time we had a problem, Jeff took care of it immediately. Sometimes he could handle it with a phone call to us. A few times he re-routed his crew to our property or he would come out himself. He did whatever it took to fix the problem so our guests wouldn't be without the use of the spa.
In 2014 we mentioned to Jeff that we were considering getting a salt-water spa but didn't want to spend many thousands of dollars. He got us a great deal on a new spa that had a cosmetic flaw which had been repaired. We were very happy with the price and have been very happy with the hot tub.
From our first contact with him, Jeff proved to be a expert on everything to do with hot tubs. He has always been honest, caring and reliable. We don't normally make recommendations, however Jeff is the exception. We have recommended him to many people who have all had excellent experiences with him. Over the course of the past 8 years he has become a personal friend of ours. We were very happy to hear that he started his own service and repair business and asked him if we could write a letter of recommendation for his web page.
